Dr. Dido Ntontolo is an ordained pastor and board-certified chaplain dedicated to providing compassionate spiritual support to individuals and communities. With 20 years of experience in healthcare chaplaincy since 2004, he has engaged with people from diverse backgrounds and faith traditions.

 

Dido holds a Doctorate of Ministry in Healthcare Chaplaincy from Winebrenner Theological Seminary in Findlay, Ohio. He is also an alumnus of Congo Protestant University, where he was profoundly influenced by Professor Jean Massamba ma Mpolo, who sparked his interest in pastoral research and mentored him in this field. Additionally, he completed his Clinical Pastoral Education at Duke University Medical Center (Internship) in North Carolina and Cabell Huntington Hospital (Residency) in Huntington, West Virginia.

 

Dido's research interests include spirituality, theology, and health, healthcare chaplaincy studies, eco-theology, world religions, cultural diversity in healthcare. Having lived in Sweden, Belgium, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, Dido brings a multilingual perspective, speaking English, French, Lingala, and Kikongo.

 

Dido is currently the planter of Christ for All Nations Church in Columbus, Ohio. Previously, he served as a pastor at Communauté Evangélique au Congo and led a French-speaking congregation at Grace Community Church in Raleigh, North Carolina.

As an author and communicator, Dido conducts workshops and seminars on cultural diversity for chaplains, healthcare professionals, community organizers, and missionaries. His work aims to help individuals and groups navigate the complexities of cultural diversity, fostering understanding, empathy, and inclusivity.
